Ok, I’m almost 20, I am 5 foot 8 inches, size 36 waist (large framed body and wide shoulders) and I am in college, played football all throughout high school. Since stopping football i went from 230 to 255, but during my freshman year I dropped 40 lbs. Right now I am at 220, I lift every other day upper body and legs and I am usually on the bike, track or elliptical. On days I dont lift, I rock climb. I still have problems w/ gaining abs, losing love handles and possible drop 20 lbs w/ in 3 or 4 months. What should I do?
My girlfriend tried all sorts of different diets and products, most without success. Her friend let her try out a new Acai Berry product she was using and she now swears by it.
Shes lost over 13 pounds already, apparently the Acai Berry flushes all the waste out your system and cleanses your body.
She got her own supply for free too, only had to pay like $5 shipping.
Here’s the site she got it from: http://tinyurl.com/acaiberries

Hello everybody!
I would just like to ask what is the fastest way to gain abs? Right now I have a cut making it, I guess, a 4 pack? Lol. Whats the best way and how long would it take? I would also like to ask what is the best way to get triceps and biceps, with and without the use of weight equipment. Your suggestions are very much appreciated!
What is a decline bench?
This i my favorite workout:
Use the decline bench. Place 4 or so 5-10lb weights on one side. Do a sit up and on your way back down reach over and grab one of the weights and bring it up with you on the next rep. On the way back down place it on the other side of you. This will help you build your stomache and your lats and even help tone your arms. GREAT WORKOUT!

I am thin at 6′0 and weighing in at 130 lbs. I am in shape in reference to cardio and lifting, eating well and appropriate amounts. However, I cannot seem to get abs. I know (or hope I am right!) that in order for you to "get" abs, you must decrease body fat for them to appear, since they are already there, just hiding under the fat. I do not want to lose weight and become thinner at all. How is it possible to lower my body fat, gain abs, and maintain weight, or even gain weight at the same time? Any suggestions would be very helpful.
Many of you are saying "sit-ups" and that is not addressing the question. I am referring to body fat and toning up the abdominal region. Thank you to the few who understood the question.
Most people believe its sit ups or crunches that get u the Abs but that isnt all right.Among getting Abs u need to eat right and be healthy. You also need to balace your excersies so you dont over do it.about 1 hour of work outs such as Jumping Jacks [believe it or not] and of couse sit ups.But be sure when u wake up in the morning u do tons of stetching..not an hours worth but about 5-10 minutes worth of them.If u keep this in mind i gaurenntee you will be on your way to mainaning ur weight lower my body fat and gain abs =]

Hey Friends, I am 17 year’s old male , I’m around 5 "10, and weigh 125 lbs, I wish to Build some abs, and hopefully get a six pack, I also Would like to build muscle mass. I don’t have access to a gym right now, or any advanced gym equipment, so I would like to know some natural ways or exercises I can do to build muscle mass and gain abs. How often should I be repeating these exercises, and over what period of time should they be carried on? I’m willing to do anything possible. I believe I don’t have any body fat to lose, I might actually be classified as slightly underweight, because of my current weight for my height and age, but I’m hoping to fix that.
jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
Use dumbbells on all the parts of your body (they are really cheap to buy), and eat low fat protein. That must help.
