Can you get abs without Weight Training?

I’ve been dieting well and do cardio 2 1/2 hours a day and i’ve lost most of my belly fat,if i continue this will i eventually get to see my abs or do i have to do some weight training or do those ab exercises really work ?

Im a bit thin and im planning a program for about 5 weeks to see what might this muscle concentration exercises do?
I have a good back and lower body.
So the main muscles i concentrate on is the chest muscle, Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders, abs

Here is my Program:

Saturday:
Chest (Bench press)
Biceps
Abs

Sunday:
Chest (Bench press)
Biceps
Abs

Monday:
Chest (Incline press)
Triceps

Tuesday:
Chest (Decline press)
Triceps
Abs

Wednesday:
Chest (Bench press)
Shoulder
Abs

Thursday:
Shoulder
Wrist

Firday:—REST—

I know that they sound wierd but i tried for one week and my chest muscle wasnt tired and i did the exercises very well

If you have a better program please advice…

Seated Rotations: Sit up, bend your knees and legs together. Your arms should be placced across your chest and tuck your tailbone. Then roll back a little as you rotate the spine right and left.

Tip No. 3: Diet and Digestion

Eat less and move more, should be your motivating mantra. You should strive to burn off more calories than you take in. That is what really helps to reduce body fat.

A friend that I work out with recently told me that I should be flexing my abs while doing any abs exercise. Is this true? He said that otherwise, yours abs will not be flat, and you will get a “lump” around the top half of your belly.
