No matter what you do the belly fat still hangs over your pants. Change the channel on the T.V. to see muscular men & women claiming that when they used the new improved “ab-belt”, “belly fat remover”, “ab-rocker thingy” they all lost that unsightly stomach fat in a matter of days, not weeks.

Believe me ladies & gentlemen these types of products do not work overnight as they are advertised. The only way to your going to lose that ugly belly fat is to follow a regime of healthy food & exercise.

To be able to reduce the fat from your stomach, you need to stop doing so many different types of abdominal exercises.

The truth is, losing belly fat does NOT occur by doing exercises that target the stomach area only. A certain amount of abdominals exercises are great and they help you strengthen your core and help you in maintaining a healthy back. The fact is that direct abs exercises should only be a small portion of your workout routines.

To get rid of that belly fat, you need to concentrate on exercising your big multi-joint areas & work on the largest muscles, such as the legs, back & chest. Targeting these big muscle areas will greatly increase your metabolic rate, which in turn helps to stimulate an increase of fat burning hormones within the body.

It is also very important to eat a well balanced diet with lots of healthy carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

Everyone would love to have a flat mid section and have a super model body. You can achieve a flat stomach if your program is done correctly. There are two main factors to be considered when you want to lose stomach fat.

#1 The first factor is your diet. Your diet is very important when it comes to losing fat from any region of your body. As a matter of fact you could do a million exercises but if your diet is poor you will never get a flat mid section. This means that you should cut out all processed foods from your diet and start to have more lean protein, fruits and vegetables. Also to lose stomach fat, you should eat at least 5 small meals per day rather than having 3 larger meals.

#2 The second factor is your exercises. Once your diet is on target, you will need to introduce some routine exercises to help you shed the excess fat around your mid section. One thing to note is that not all exercises are created equally. This means that finding the right exercise program that focuses on results working out only couple minutes per day would be better off than spending countless hours in the gym which can get you very exhausted.

There are many programs that teaches how to lose stomach fat, your best bet would be to find a program that works and follow it rather than trying to achieve it all by yourself.

i need to do this because i want my muscles to grow so i can get a more
heavier punch in and where my abs head and arms can take a punch..i need a diet what i should drink like fruit juice and how many times i should eat i already got a exercise thing but it would be grateful if someone could make another like help please im really into this

definitely eat lots of healthier choices such as fruits, no soda, lots of water or juice and lots of proteins. and make sure you eat healthy after workouts, it helps develop muscle. im a boxer myself=]

what’s a great diet and exercise to get hard abs?


Take in fewer calories than you burn (to lose the fat covering up your abs) and do exercises like crunches, hanging leg raises, etc.
